Shipping policy
Your order can take up to 3 days to be processed, we both work full time shift work jobs and endeavour to ship your products as soon as we are available to do so.
We ship Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day. We do not offer international shipping.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number, a signature is not required upon delivery. Please keep in mind that some deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances we cannot control. On average, shipping within New Zealand takes up to 3 business days for delivery. Some deliveries to rural areas can take up to five business days.
